For your convenience, His Touch Carpet Care accepts a variety of payment methods. We gladly take cash, major credit and debit cards, and mobile payments at the time of service. Digital invoices can also be provided for easy online payment. Our goal is to make every part of your experience — from booking to payment — simple, secure, and hassle-free.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule and serve other customers in need. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee. Our goal is always to be fair and flexible while respecting everyone’s time — including yours.
